Leaving this site fast
The Quick exit button is at the top of every page. Click it and this site turns into a weather website, and pressing Back will not bring you here. On a computer you can also press the Esc key twice. Quick exit cannot delete this site from your browser history, so see the steps below.
Staying safe online
If someone checks your phone, computer or accounts, they may be able to see which websites you visit.
- Use a private or incognito window. It does not keep your history.
- Or use a computer at a library, at work or at a friend's place.
- If you cannot use private browsing, delete this site from your history afterwards. Only delete the pages you need to, so it does not look unusual.
- If you think someone is tracking your phone, use a different phone to contact us or a support service.
How we keep you safe when we contact you
When you first contact us, we ask how it is safe to reach you. We follow what you tell us.
- We only call, text, email or leave messages if you say it is safe.
- You can give us safe times to call, another way to reach you, or the name of a trusted person we can contact.
- You can use a first name or a nickname until we speak.
- Our video appointments do not need you to download anything.

We take it seriously and we listen. If someone is at serious risk of harm, the law may require us, or allow us, to contact police, Child Protection or emergency services. Where we can, we will talk with you about it first.
